What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Registration

When visitors register for courses we collect names, email and other relevant information for booking the courses.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

By providing us with your name and email address we are able to reply to your questions or requests.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Calidaddibida.com and all its subdomains are secured websites. We also use software to protect the collected data.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the event data is breached an issue will be filed through our web hosting and website service providers as well as notifying the persons that may have been affected by the breach. 

What third parties we receive data from

We currently do not receive data from third parties, but in the near future data may be received from researchers, government institutions, non-profit organizations. This data may be aggregated data, but if it is not, the date will be protected in the same way as the other data that we collect.

The personal data registration Act of Aruba. As much as possible our data will be compatible with the European data sharing regulations.
